Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

SUNDAY
Uncle Ryan is a chef! We had Grandma Colburn pancakes and bacon for breakfast...yum! Lauren got to meet and see Caleb awake!

Oma and Grandpa came back from church and babysat Caleb while the siblings went to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II.

Early supper at Thai Basil.

Garrett flew home to MN. But we got a pic of the sibs together.

We all went to bed...even though Caleb wasn't quite ready for it. He's having too much fun seeing all those aunts and uncles!

MONDAY
Caleb went shopping today with Daddy, Mommy, and Aunt Lauren. Aunt Lauren is definitely in love with Caleb!!

Daddy went with Uncle Ryan on the Coors Tour and found a new beer they both liked.
We visited Krista at her job, DenUM. She is quite busy and it is amazing the assistance they offer those in need.

Oma and Grandpa hosted a BBQ at Krista's Urban Servant Corp House (Ogden) for her housemates, the Our Saviour's/Faith youth group, and our family. Oma is a master at preparing food for large groups, vegetarians even! We ate beer brats, which made Lauren very happy after eating Asian food for so long.
Krista's housemates had to take a picture with Caleb because they all eagerly anticipated his arrival this year as well. He is there HOUSE BABY, making them an official family.

Caleb made the house calendar!

We went back to Britta and Ryans and took a bath. Soooo fun! Then Caleb went to bed while the grown-ups played Settlers of Catan. Ryan won:)

TUESDAY
There is a lot of stuff with an infant! We had to pack everything up to head to Crestone today. We said goodbye to Lauren and Oma, but only for a week. We'll see them back in MN. On the way, we did a couple different driving and passenger configurations so Britta could get Caleb car time too.

We stopped to Salida for art galleries and grocery shopping. Britta and Ryan purchased some art for their new home that looks amazing! We will have to come back here when we're ready to do some re-decorating!

We got to Crestone (google map) in time for supper...porkchops! It is gorgeous here! The Sangre de Cristo mountains are nearest to us but others surround the San Luis Valley (where we are). Beautiful! It's desert-like and mountainous! It was great to put our feet up and enjoy the views! Caleb was happy to stretch out and kick around too!
The mountain home we stayed at...with all our stuff cluttering it already.

Ryan making dinner.

Caleb's first big boy bath.

He likes it!
